Following is a list of the BOOK and PAGE reference for each Condominum Associations Original Documents. This information is a matter of Public Record of Palm Beach County.
Your Original documents consist of:
A) The Declaration of Condominium.
B) The Bylaws.
C) The Survey of the Association Property.
D) The Long Term Lease.
E) The Management Agreement.
The process for viewing the Documents is as follows:
1) Copy the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers as noted below for the Association you are interested in.
2) Click the following URL.
This will bring you to the Public Search Page.

3) Click the "Book/Page" Tab at the right.
4) Paste the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers you have just copied into the search dialog box, Click the "SEARCH" button.
