Do you read Neighborhood of the Week, PB Post on Saturdays. They review specific neighborhoods and give them a BIG SALES BOOST. This week Palm Greens at Villa Delray, “residents are savvy and involved in this physical and cerebral community. No condo commandos allowed. ..the people are very, very, very friendly,..you become family. Comparable to Century Village but better looking” (they must have seen the Haverhill Gate)
Previously Leisureville “.. if coffee and doughnuts in the clubhouse every morning makes you smile, this 55-and-over community might be for you.” Leisureville has a revitalization cmte. Maintenance fees of $112 per month cover lawn care, the sprinkler system, repainting the homes and roofs every four years, maintaining the heated pools and spas, the clubhouses, and golf on the private course. Median home price last year was $110K. Lots of helpful statistics are given and prices of condos for sale. Its good to look inside many communities without an inordinate amount of realtor time.
