MANY of the 15 are "just" TRANSFERS; as are MOST in the "NEIGHBORHOOD" section - I am constantly checking.

who owns what and what they
paid for their unit. The
URL is: pbcgov.com/papa.
When it comes up on the left check Record Search.
You may do it by owners
name of you may do it by
their address.

Property transfers do not always reflect the true selling price of any piece of property. Some transfers are between family members or the like.

Some transfers are purposely reported in a manner to reduce the transfer tax stamps.

I'm very worried about our economy. I just don't know how all of this is going to end. People are really suffering and so many are loosing their homes. Elaine could be making more new friends very soon.
And, Mike - it's just too darn early for a martini - so don't even suggest it!
