Following is a list of the BOOK and PAGE reference for each Condominum Associations Original Documents. This information is a matter of Public Record of Palm Beach County.
Your Original documents consist of:
A) The Declaration of Condominium.
B) The Bylaws.
C) The Survey of the Association Property.
D) The Long Term Lease.
E) The Management Agreement.
The process for viewing the Documents is as follows:
1) Copy the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers as noted below for the Association you are interested in.
2) Click the following URL.
This will bring you to the Public Search Page.

3) Click the "Book/Page" Tab at the right.
4) Paste the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers you have just copied into the search dialog box, Click the "SEARCH" button.

Beautiful, well done.
I clicked on the fotos which enlarges them a lot, I still do not know where, orange tree Haverhill gate or Northampton.
This could turn into a fun guessing game on those lazy, quiet weeks (not for a while). Elaine takes pictures, we guess where it is. What could the prize be? All attendees chip in and by the winner a slice of pizza (holding the moldy parmesan of course.)
