Carole is breaking all records with the rules. Remember ‘no emailing each other off Q&A either‘. I noticed when I came back to CV in October that everything was plastered with rules, Hastings, the buses, Q&A, I was not allowed in the Clubhouse until I sat in line and renewed my ID card. Too many people here love to trot out a rule that stops you doing whatever you reasonably had in mind, and they are SO HAPPY about it. Do apathetic brain dead people really need all those rules. Go figure.
While on the topic of rules: http://www.ccfj.net/ is Consumer Alliance for HOAs and Condos, make sure you have the sound on. CCR = Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Lots of good stuff on this site, but it will probably not cheer you about lawyers and arbitrators.
