W.P.R.F.

Today I read a comment in the CVCC website. I am going to
quote the comment so you don't have to search for it.

POINT OF INFORMATION TO CENTURY VILLAGE

The computer club members each pay approximately $100.00
per month to WPRF. Our club has over 500 members; therefore
what they pay is equal to $50,000 per month. Fifty Thousand
($50,000.00) per month equals $600,000.00 per year. The
computer club buys it's own equipment. No other club in Century
Village pays $600,000.00 a year and buys the equipment for it's
members to use for learning purposes. The Computer club
members, for the most part don't use the sailboats, the ping-pong
room, the ceramic or lapidary room, and the woodworking shop.
These rooms are not open for use.

Why should the computer club classroom to open to the non-
members and the public? The computer club classroom contains
very expensive equipment and some of the most expensive in
the clubhouse. The club members should have some say as to
how the classroom is used. The computer club rents the room
for $600,000.00 a year.

The above is written by a Board Member of CVCC

Can you believe what you just read. I haven't figured out yet
where my $100.00 plus is going. Any comments?

Hi Nutmegger
5:40 PM on Jan 6, 2009,

Ain't that cute; it is pure Red-Herring deception.

We all, every one of us, pay our $100.00 per month rent.
It is our monthly Rec. Lease rent paid to W.P.R.F., Inc.

We pay it even if we are not in the CVCC.

Talk about gall.

The real question was never answered; how much Unit-Owner money, if any, was used to pay for Computers and equipment in that room.

Forget it Nutmegger; "It's Chinatown"

When you pay into the system, the system makes the rules.

BTW, Dave, is that attributing preventing the "Most Recent Comments" thing being updated on the main screen?

The update function is sick; it is being worked on by the Wizards at GOOGLE.

Maybe this CVCC Board Member should demand the return of the million dollars that the Club paid in room rental to W.P.R.F. during the period that the clubhouse was closed.

Thank you, Dave, for calling a spade a spade.

I did ask the question under whose computers are they and who should have acess dec.28,2008, didn't receive any response? and as of this date Sandy he precieves this to be what it is. Now I percieve when I look at the resumes of this board they are awesome. That is why the tone and implications are to me illogical but to the club it's a personal reaction ? what they fail to percieve the equality
of residents of CV, yes all EQUAL in rights even though we are unequal in stature ( education, wealth, and etc. etc.)I printed enough under that post and stand by my print without malice and or
being judgemental that is for others to decide?

Also I can't get any dirty movies on my Admiral even though I bought all new tubes at Lafayette in 1968. Serves me right for buying a tv at Korvettes.
