CV Blog And Chat

David:

I want you to know how grateful I am for having the freedom of your
Blog to voice my opinion. I have great admiration and am impressed
in knowing that I can count on you for whatever subject matter I need
answers to. I question why some Bloggers love to knock you down
knowing that never would they be able to do it if we didn't have this
Blog and were only on the CV Forum. When someone needs an
answer to whatever you are always there to answer and help them
out. Next week when the CV elections are held I pray that the
delegates will carefully study everybody's bio and make a wise
choice as to who they want to represent them. CVers right now
are not happy with the way UCO is conducting our business and
next week can make a big change with the way CV will be operated.
To all delegate voters please take this election seriously if you want
to see major changes in the way business here at CV should be
conducted.

Nutmegger, you may not be happy with the way UCO is conducting the business in CV, but please don't make a blanket statement that the people who live here are not happy. Many, many of us are, so speak for yourself only, because you have no idea what the rest of us feel. You only know what the few who post on this blog think.

Who elected you to speak for the
"Many" How many of the "many" you
speak for, are DELIGHTED, WITH THE
WAY THEIR MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS TO UCO HAVE BEEN INCREASED OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS...ONLY TO BE SQUANDERED, ON FRIVILOUS LAW SUITS, ENGINEERS REPORTS ON RESTORATION OF THE LAKES, COUNTY RECYCLED WATER CONTRACT AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST..TRANSPORTATION...
WAKE UP, TAKE A SURVEY, and then
rebuff, Nutmegger, if you can.....

I hope you are traveling throughout CV ,meeting and greeting to drum up votes. I saw Labonte at the theatre , head usher badge and all, meeting and greeting CVers. Looks like she is using her position as Head Usher to drum up votes. This puts other candidates at a disadvantage, if they are not allowed to do the same. Dave, get to the clubhouse for movies and shows and do some politicing. Mike

Hi Mike,
Feb 25, 2009 10:07:00 PM,

Welcome to the UCO Machine.

If I am not well known enough to get in on merit, so be it.

I did kiss a baby once!

Sounds like politics to me!

What was so great about the previous group.

I for one see minor difference going back to 2002.

Anonymous Phyl find a teacher, get registered to post on the blog then people will know it is really you. 2 years of apologies is to much.

I forget...what did Bob do as president that was so bad? Bob, at his worst, was better than Claudette is at her best.

I for one think that the blog serves a useful purpose.

However to make it a polical stage for one group or the other is self serving.

Get over the fact that you are not running the show and begin providing some positive suggestions.

Perhaps the proverbial "two heads are better than one" will win out.

Century Village is not and has never been a model of effective management.
