The Ombudsman Committee is not listed, but should have oversight by our Licensed CAM, Pat Blunck.

As you are undoubtedly aware, in Century Village, Ombudsmanry is directly subject to Shapkinization.
Thus, this process may be immune to standard oversight. However, I shall investigate this matter tomorrow at the office.

Scary thought indeed. Investigations Committee no longer gives advice, but the Ombudsman Committee,which advises amd mediates, is insulated from oversight.
The UCO Bylaws provide that the Vice Presidents are ex-officio members of all Committees except the Election and Nominating Committees. The President is specifically excluded from membership in the Ombudsman Committee in addition to the above named committees (ARTICLE VII,Paragraph A). May I respectfully suggest that you request from Phil Shapkin, notice of the next meeting of the Ombudsman Committee so that you may attend... without exercising 'oversight' of course.
