The Visitors in the Guest Pool

Hi All

Why is there no enforcement of the CV ID at the Guest Pool. Latley there are many visitors, with large extended families without an obvious senior in the group, that come into the pool and are not asked for ID when the security guard makes the rounds?

It seems that it's the same at all the public pools in the village. Lots of children in pools where no one under 16 is permitted, but nobody enforces the rules.

The gaurds don't check people because they were told not to by WPRF. A spanish gentleman started screaming discrimination when he was asked for his ID at the Clubhouse guest Pool, about 8 months ago.

This place is going downhill fast. Before you know it there will be dogs swimming in the pools.

WPRF is a joke.

I've lived in this community for 8 years, and never once have I ever seen a guard check anyone's ID at any pool that I've visited. If we have rules, they should be enforced. If we're not going to enforce the rules, then just do away with them, and let the chips fall where they may. This community will find itself empty if that is the case.

Maybe the people we are seeing come from the outside. Got to get that fence up one way or another!

The issue that I would
like to see enforced is
seeing 2,3 young teenagers
walking to the clubhouse
wearing micro bikinis
in what I believe only
took 1/4 yard to make the
bikini but everytime I see
this not one of them has
a bathtowel with them.
I would like to see a ruling that they must
have either a bathtowel
wrung around their waist
or some kind of a coverup
over their bodies.

How are the guards supposed to verify the ages of teenagers, if 16 or over? Not all teenagers 16 and over would have a driver's license, I think.

I'm in agreement with enforcing pool rules ---why aren't the "kids" and teenyboppers up at the guest pool instead of usurping the other pools? earlier this year, several micro clad 10-14 yrs olds traipsing on our front lawn and climbing tree ---I asked them to remove themselves several times - they disappeared for a few minutes and returned with a nasty grandmother ---so enforcing rules is difficult - wouldn't need enforcement if all residents would make it their business to OBEY THE RULES!

Mag, sorry, but you don't have a lawn, you have a common area, common to all of you and your guests, kids included. They climbed a tree, and giggled and shrieked a little. This has been going on in CV since I was a little kid. All I wanted to do is fish in that lake and catch frogs and turtles. I looked forward to it all year and there was always one old grouch or other that would complain and then my Grandparents would go berzerko. As I got older I stopped telling them when somebody snotted off at me because they would get so mad and overreact. I still get the kibitzers when I fish in the lake.

I'm not dead yet, I sure don't mind seeing a few young women in bikinis around CV. Especially after being subjected to old ladies wearing their cloths in the pool.

Don- the kids were not from my assn area ---they came from a unit in another assn where a mother who had been evicted/ moved in with her mother ---they were a loud rowdy bunch- --the other neighbors were not happy with the family who happened to be very loud, drunks and deadbeats - the owner of the unit up and abandoned the unit - so finally they were all gone ---the kids could have just as well climbed grandma's tree and fallen out there ---there were some tiny kids also -4yrs old? I'm not anti-kid or anti-fun but they were exceedingly loud and running amok. I told them take their pictures and then get out of the tree before they fell on their heads onto the roadway. I was pleasant to them ---they were nasty little brats--fortunately they will not be back. I appreciate your comments -civil rational discussion is appreciated.

Hugh- AHAHAH lol. This is me laughing. that was so freaking disgusting.

Mag- I'll bet you there are a lot of people in financial trouble right now who are eyeing up Grandmas unit as Plan B. "Eternal vigilance is the price of..." something or other, I forget.

I'd rather see a teenager in a microbikini than see a Nutmegger in anything.
It's sick to be jealous, especially in her age.

Boy are you a SICK AND
DEMENTED JERK who is
probably crosseyed.
I do not have a bone of
jealousy in me. I have
granddaughters and I would
never let them leave my
unit scantily clad. I have
too much respect for the
decent people living here
at CV.

Bravo Nutmegger! reading between the lines, safety first ---you wouldn't want scantily clad young misses to overexcite an octogenarian sending him into cardiac arrest with no defib paddles handy!

AHHAH This is me laughing again.

Bravo nutmegger! I rather see a young man walking around here then these old farts walking without their tops covered.Nothing is more disgusting an old man with his fat belly hanging out.

I'll take seeing some fat guys belly before old ladies washing their cloths by wearing them in the guest pool.
Just Revolting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nutmegger, yes! I am a crosseyed, sick and demented jerk. But still good enough to take a swimm with scantily clad young women. You will not find me in a pool in which You have soaked Your old, wrinkled, rachitic body.
BTW, what's wrong with visitors using the pools? If You go to visit somebody, are You not allowed to use their hospitality?
Do You just say hello and drive away? Or do You stay, eat, drink or whatever?
Are all owners as mentally deranged
as You are? Don't blame it on CC&R.
